These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and hdk888 ("hdk888", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling and sports betting platform accessible at hdk888.org ("the Platform"). Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the hdk888 Platform. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. hdk888 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended, bonus funds will be voided, and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled pending investigation.

3.2 Withdrawals

To submit a withdrawal request, your account must have passed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 3.3 Chargebacks and Disputes

In such cases, hdk888 reserves the right to immediately suspend your account, void any outstanding bonus or promotional credits, and pursue recovery of disputed funds through all available legal means.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

All bets placed on the hdk888 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game category. General betting rules that apply across all markets are set out below.

In the event of any discrepancy between the result displayed on the hdk888 Platform and the official result declared by the relevant sporting body or game provider, the official result shall take precedence. hdk888 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from display errors, data feed interruptions, or typographical errors in odds, provided that such errors are corrected in a timely manner.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; (b) modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; (c) use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform; or (d) frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application. Any use of Platform content beyond the scope of this licence requires the prior written consent of hdk888.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hdk888 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

hdk888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hdk888 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of hdk888 to any User for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hdk888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion and without prior notice, including where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The User has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is suspected or confirmed in relation to the account.
• The account has been used in connection with bonus abuse, match-fixing, or collusion with other players.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the User against hdk888.
• The User is identified as a minor (under 21 years of age).
• Continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to hdk888.

Where an account is terminated due to the User's breach of these Terms, hdk888 reserves the right to withhold any funds held in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is established, remaining account balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting hdk888 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the User's registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements being satisfied.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by hdk888 is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety. hdk888 will never sell your personal data to third parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within a reasonable timeframe, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels available in the relevant jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as limiting any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and hdk888 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
